Car Parks Update - April 2020

The court case that we expected to end half way through last year is, unfortunately, still ongoing. A final verdict of the reading was then anticipated for the 22nd March, however, this coincided with the UAE authorities announcing the closure of the UAE courts due to Covid-19.

Civil cases have now re-started using video links but as we are now in Ramadan, criminal cases with a likely custodial sentence are being rescheduled to be heard after this. There is an expectation that we should have the verdict some time during the first half of June, with the hope that we can then at last get on with liquidating assets.
