Car Parks update for End of 2020

Our last update mentioned a legal process that should take 100 days.

The process started as planned but at around day 20, it ceased due to a technical challenge on the translation of our Powers of Attorney (POA). At that point it was requested that all POA’s should be reviewed and re-submitted and they are currently at the UK embassy as part of that process. We are informed that the clock is due to re-start on receipt of the POA’s by the court.

Whilst these are just ongoing frustrations and there is no update of substance at this point, we wanted to make you aware of why we have not been able to update more fully on a process that should have been completed by now.

We will post further news as the process progresses and the hearings resume.
