Car Parks Update - April 2018

The case in the UAE was previously moved to a new court just before Christmas. Additional evidence was requested from various banks and this has since been returned.

Following the initial reviews of this data, the case has been provided a new number at the Office of Public Prosecutions (69359/2018).

The above number was issued last month and the court has since progressed to issue new proceedings against the same people as previously and an additional person who was also connected to the firm that is being investigated.

The investigation by the principle prosecution has already started.
This is seen as a very positive step in progressing the case towards a successful completion.
