Car Parks Update - February 2018

The assets in the UK that are under the control of PKF Cooper Parry Group Ltd were legally challenged by the legal team of Mr Karim earlier in January. The challenge was a 3 day court case and we await the judgement at the end of February. If the outcome of the case is positive, it could result in control of the asset or the finance from disposal of any of these assets remaining under the same control of PKF and that liquidation of the UK assets could be accelerated. We await the formal judgement at the end of February.
