Best visited the team in the UAE (that is managing its legal case) just before Christmas for an update - we understand that the initial case has been moved to a new court that deals with financial crime.

The second round of the interview process has been started following receipt by the courts of data requested following the initial round of interviews.

We are awaiting an update from our legal team following completion of the second interviews.
