Car Parks Update - June 2019

Our last update (May 2019) made reference to the next court date taking place shortly after Ramadan.  This date was yesterday, however information provided at the last minute by the opposing side caused this court session to be adjourned to allow the court to investigate.

Whilst this is a continuing frustration for everyone, we have to respect and allow that the court do their job correctly.

We have received comment that the information provided is very thin. We do understand this causes annoyance but similarly please be aware this is a criminal case.  We are unable to provide further comment as it is possible that the case may be damaged if comments are made prior to any conviction.

We may assure you we also wish the process to be completed as rapidly as possible.
